Camelot Castle: Yellingbo

Camelot is set on 10 magnificent acres only 20 minutes from Lilydale. The castle provides a striking medieval setting, situated on top of a hill with beautiful sweeping lawns, views of the countryside for miles, two feature courtyards, gardens and a private chapel all for the exclusive use of your guests.

From the moment you enter the sweeping driveway you are transported back in time to the era of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. To the age of chivalry and romance, the time of Lancelot and Guinevere!

Trumpets sound the way as the bride approaches. She may choose to enter on horseback accompanied by Men at Arms, or perhaps on foot preceded by flower girls strewing the way with flower petals. A horse drawn carriage is another romantic option.

The tranquil Fountain courtyard with a raised Dais below a softly billowing canopy offers the perfect outdoor setting.

Alternatively the private chapel provides a romantic candlelit atmosphere as the bride walks down the red carpet between the ivy decked pews and the chapel bell rings in the background.

With extensive lawns, endless country views and wonderful gardens, Camelot offers a variety of photo opportunities.

A pathway leads the happy couple across the drawbridge through to a unique medieval setting for a night of fun and revelry with our famous court jester who will cause havoc and laughter as he entertains.

Our friendly serving wenches provide pre dinner drinks by a bluestone log fire and medieval bar. Weather permitting guests may take advantage of our inner courtyard, prior to being seated for our Special Camelot Medieval Banquet.
